Context: Support of the sales team in order to keep up to date and develop the various internal tools used by the sales teams.
Role: Responsible for the quality of the various internal tools of the Sales teams. In charge of identifying, qualifying and prioritizing reported anomalies, assigning them to the development agency and guaranteeing their delivery to the client.
